• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping.
• Expedited options (2-Day or Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  

Carriers

• We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the best available rate and delivery time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey.

Delays

• Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery.
• Throttlenauts Moto Company™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
• We’ll assist with claims whenever possible, but Throttlenauts is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
